Shipping Information

Shipping Policy

We ship UPS and use their online shipping calcualation software. In the event there is an error in shipping fees you will be notified for approval if the amount exceeds the original estimate. The standard method of shipping for all orders is UPS Ground. If your item is out-of-stock OR if it is a special order item, you will be notified. Please allow extra delivery time for these items. Please note handling fees are included in the Shipping and Handling line of the shopping cart checkout.

You will be notified via email the day your order ships. You will also be given the UPS tracking number.

Shipment Schedule
Orders will ship in 3 to 5 business days of order being received.

United States
The standard method of shipping for delivery of orders within the 48 contiguous states is UPS Ground. UPS Ground Charges are calculated by UPS software and are determined by the zone, the actual weight of the package and the dimensional weight of the package. Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight.

International
International orders are shipped via US Postal Air Parcel Post. To best serve our International customers you may send an email prior to placing an online order to guarantee shipping fees. Please send your email to orders@heatingandcoolingstore.com and include the following information; Name, Street Address, City, State/Province/Country, Zip Code, and all the products you would like to order. Then an email will be sent back to your email address with your shipping fee total.
